The first step will be the release of our songs in myspace, this one will have some layout´s adjustments. Also new photos and vídeos will be released soon. Eternal Ember have prioritized all the tangible material, we prefer to record a new album than Just have an on-line single, we know and we feel that the real energy from Eternal Ember it´s when we get on stage, when we make what we really like to do, heavy metal! But certainly we support all the accessibility that the internet provides us, and we´ll do our best to put our stuff closer to you. Lançamento Evil's Lair - Uma noite inesquecível!

      Boa noite EE’s!

     

     Vamos deixar mais uma atualização aqui no blog, e hoje vamos falar sobre o show de lançamento do álbum Evil’s Lair! Este show que foi muito especial para a Eternal Ember, e também para todos os presentes, pois o evento foi uma grande celebração ao Heavy Metal.

     A Eternal Ember esteve preocupada com os mínimos detalhes neste evento, para que tudo ocorresse dentro do planejado, sendo que logo no início do dia já estávamos trabalhando na estrutura do palco, som, iluminação, etc. Eu e o Gustavo chegamos mais cedo no local, em seguida o Gabriel apareceu, e o Ricardo veio mais tarde. Encarregamos-nos de testar o som, e já deixamos toda a estrutura do palco pronta para o nosso show. Levamos os nossos próprios equipamentos para que ocorresse da maneira que havíamos planejado. Nosso sistema de iluminação estava completo, e com todos os efeitos que programamos anteriormente, tudo para proporcionar o melhor clima possível para o nosso repertório. Ao anoitecer estava tudo pronto e organizado.

     Fomos descansar um pouco e nos preparar para o show, mais tarde já estávamos no local esperando o momento de subir no palco. Como é de imaginar, houve um atraso devido aos ajustes no som, e com certeza nos deixou um tanto tensos. Passava da 1h da manhã quando subimos no palco, estávamos ansiosos e ao mesmo tempo muito empolgados para iniciar o show. Após rodar um vídeo com imagens do processo de composição do álbum Evil’s Lair (feito pelo Gabriel Conti), iniciamos a apresentação.

     A primeira música foi a própria Evil’s Lair, que já é conhecida e apresenta um clima ideal para abertura do show. Em seguida já emendamos com Bark at the Moon (Ozzy cover), clássico do heavy metal. Psychic Attack foi a terceira música, com um riff bem rápido e um andamento constante, funcionou muito bem ao vivo. The Burned Pride foi a seqüência, muito bem aceita, e já consideramos ela indispensável nos shows. Enter Sandman (Metallica cover), outro clássico executado. A sexta música foi The Endless Night, esta que tem um refrão muito bom e também se destacou entre as músicas. Man on the Edge (Iron Maiden cover) foi a próxima, tem uma ótima pegada ao vivo. Outra música da Eternal Ember, e a oitava do repertório foi Blindfold, que tem uma grande passagem instrumental e que se destacou entre as músicas da Eternal Ember. A próxima música executada foi um cover, e podemos dizer que ela é tão especial quanto às próprias músicas da Eternal Ember. Heaven and Hell (Black Sabbath cover) é o nome dela, é a nossa homenagem ao um dos maiores nomes do heavy metal, Ronnie James Dio. Décima música do show, e uma das mais aguardadas, Fall in my Torment foi como esperávamos. Ela começa lenta, tem uma parte bem agressiva, e termina lenta como no seu início. Ela é uma das nossas músicas favoritas, e ficamos bastante ansiosos para tocá-la ao vivo. Crazy Train (Ozzy cover) foi a sequência, outro grande clássico. A última música foi Eternal Tale, que se encaixa muito bem como final do show.

     Foi um grande momento para a Eternal Ember, pois além de ser a festa de lançamento do nosso primeiro álbum, estávamos fazendo o que mais gostamos: tocar heavy metal. O público presente foi incrível, as outras bandas (Rhasalon e Alta Voltagem) mandaram muito bem, e a organização que nos deu o suporte necessário. A Eternal Ember agradece a todos que nos apoiaram, e principalmente, aos nossos fãs, seguidores, e ao público presente. Vocês são demais! Obrigado, e até a próxima vez de muitas que virão...

Evil's Lair release - A night to remember!

     Hello EE’s!

     Here we go with some news, and now we’ll tell about the Evil’s Lair’s release show! This show was very special for Eternal Ember, and also for everyone which was there. Was a great night and a true celebration of Heavy Metal.

     Eternal Ember was very worried with every detail this night, for everything happen as planned.  In early morning we were working on the structure of the stage, sound, lightning, etc. Me and Gustavo came earlier in the stage, then later Gabriel and Ricardo was there too. First we worked for the sound check making everything ready to our show. We took our own equipments to everything runs like we planned before. Our full lightning system was there with every effects programmed before, only to provide the ideal feeling for the track list. At evening everything was done and ready to the show.

     We went to take a little rest, and get ready for the show, later we arrived on stage local, just waiting for our time. As we know, there was some delay for sound checking and surely we were anxious for this. Pass than 1 o’clock when we started the show. We were a little bit nervous and excited too. After the intro (a video with Evil’s Lair’s composition process, made by Gabriel Conti), we started the show.

     The first song was Evil’s Lair, which was an already known song, a great option for opening track. Then we played Bark at the Moon (Ozzy cover), heavy metal classic. Psychic Attack was the third song, with a fast riff and a constant progress worked very well live. The Burned Pride was the sequence, very liked for everyone there. We consider it indispensable live. Another heavy metal classic was the next, Enter Sandman from Metallica. The sixth song was Endless Night, this has a great chorus and was very well received. Man on the Edge (Iron Maiden cover) was the seventh, great song from the X-Factor album. After Man on the Edge we played Blindfold, which have a very well instrumental line and were a high point from Evil’s Lair album. The next song was another cover, and this song was so special like our own songs. Heaven and Hell (Black Sabbath cover) our tribute to one of the greatest names of heavy metal: Ronnie James Dio. The tenth song, and one of the most expected was Fall in my Torment, was like we planned. This song has a slow intro, at the middle an aggressive passage, and at the end it’s like the intro. Fall in my Torment it’s one of our favorite song, and we were very excited to do it live, great song! Crazy Train (Ozzy cover) was the next, another classic from heavy metal. The last song was Eternal Tale, which fits very well for the end of the show.

     Last Saturday was a great moment for Eternal Ember, because apart from being the releasing of our first album, we were doing what we really like to do: play heavy metal. The crowd was amazing, other bands (Rhasalon and Alta Voltagem) too, and the organizers gave us the necessary support to done that special night. Eternal Ember would like to thank everyone who supported us, and specially, our fans, followers, and the entire public there. You rocks! Thank you, and we’ll see you in the next time of many that will come…

Eternal Ember - Updates!

Looking for Curupira Rock Festival!

Então Embers, nós tivemos uma porção de tarefas na última semana, e nós gastamos um grande tempo nos preocupando e arrumando tudo para o lançamento oficial do nosso primeiro álbum, Evil’s Lair, que acontecerá no próximo sábado. Também estivemos ocupados preparando o set list, algumas fotos, vídeos e outras coisas mais. Estivemos praticamente empenhados apenas nos shows, tentando fazer com que cada noite seja mais perfeita que sempre, e cada noite tem sido muito especial para nós!

Beer time!

No sábado passado nos apresentamos no Eco Rock (Curupira Rock Festival) em Guaramirim, e podemos dizer que a organização poderia ter sido melhor que realmente foi. Faltando alguns equipamentos de som, e claro, o atraso, acabaram nos atrapalhando. Eu, particularmente, tive problemas com o meu baixo, onde a quarta corda estourou comprometendo assim a ponte do instrumento. Assim tivemos que cortar duas músicas do set list. Mesmo com estes problemas, foi uma grande noite, e nós tocamos a nossa música por que amamos isso, e jamais vamos parar! Que venha o próximo, nós estaremos lá! Obrigado Curupira!

Updates!

On toward the Curupira we go!

So Embers, we have done a couple of activities last weekend and we have spent a lot of our time taking care with Evil’s Lair’s official release (next Saturday), our set list, sound equipments, videos, and more. For this we don’t have dedicated the deserved time to update the blog, orkut, myspace and others. We have just worked on to the shows, trying to make everything perfectly than ever, and each night have been very special for us.

Road to Curupira

Last Saturday we played on Eco Rock (Curupira Rock Festival) in Guaramirim and we can say that the organization could be better than it really was. Missing some sound equipments, and of course the arrears as well disturbed us. I particularly had some problems with my bass guitar the fourth string broke dawn compromising the bridge, and we had to cut off 2 songs from set list. Anyway, even with some problems was a great night and we play our music because we love it! And we’ll never stop. Come the next, we will be there!  Thank you Curupira!

Eternal Ember - "Scavengers foi incrível!"

Boa noite Eternal Ember’s!

Então, Segunda-feira a noite e o que eu posso lhes dizer? Eu apenas posso dizer que o final de semana foi impressionante! Nós tocamos no Scavengers Festival em Blumenau, e foi incrível! O público estava ótimo e as pessoas lá são muito legais. Esse show foi a primeira parte da turnê Evil’s Lair, e nós tocamos o álbum na íntegra além de alguns clássicos do heavy metal. Foi uma noite fantástica e a Eternal Ember gostaria de agradecer ao pessoal do Scavengers, ao pessoal de Blumenau e a todos que nos deram suporte! Obrigado a todos, vocês são incríveis!

Próximo final de semana, em direção ao Eco Rock! Vejo vocês lá, até mais!

Eternal Ember - "Scavengers was amazing!"

Good Evening Eternal Ember’s

So, Monday night and what I can tell you? I just can tell you that this last weekend was amazing! We played on Scavengers Festival in Blumenau, and it was awesome! The crowd was great and people there are very nice. This show was the first part of Evil’s Lair tour, and we played the whole album, and also some heavy metal covers too. Was a great night and Eternal Ember would like to thank everybody from Scavengers, everybody from Blumenau and everybody who supported us! Thank you all, you are amazing!

Next weekend, looking for Eco Rock! See you there, cheers!
